Hey everyone!
So, we had bad news this last week. Jonathan and Sasheene cancelled their baptism and all of their appointments with us. We think their Grandma had a freak out and told them they couldn't get baptized. It was a really cool opportunity for the ward to step in though. I've NEVER seen a ward do this before. The YW President immediately called Sasheene and invited her to YW camp and to come every week. The YM President also invited Jonathan to scout camp and they both came to mutual on Wednesday. They were open with the leaders about why they aren't getting baptized and said that their grandma had decided. I know they'll be baptized some day and I know it will mean even more to them. I think it's helped Sasheene to understand it and to desire it even more. It was a tough blow, but I'm glad we're learning and growing from the experience.
I have a sick feeling I'm going to be transferred, but I don't know yet. I really want to stay for one more transfer to follow-up train S. Judd, but it's definitely in the Lord's hands and He knows what's best for both of us and the area. I guess we'll see! We are probably getting a new car this week! Sister Judd and I are VERY excited!!!! We'll either be getting a new Ford Focus or a new Chevy Malibu! Yay! We'll see what happens. We have Leadership training with President this week instead of Zone Conference, so we'll be going to Corvallis on Wednesday. We're excited to see President.
This week one of our members told us she'd get us into the air museum in McMinnville next Monday for free. She also said we could bring 2 people with us, so President and Sister Macdonald are coming up to go with us!!!!! We're SUPER excited about that!!!!!!!! I LOVE airplanes! I don't know if I told you my bucket list includes getting my Pilot's license. So, it should be a cool experience.
