Hey everyone!
Wow! What a week! We had Mission President Training this week in Salem. There is only one way out of our area to Salem that doesn't go out of our mission and we found out the morning of that that way was closed. We got on the phone with the elders to have them get us to Salem with their GPS. We still got lost and ended up on some backroad by Hopewell, Oregon. (which is VERY outside of our mission) I was freaking out, because I didn't know where we were or how to get to Salem when all of a sudden, Heavenly Father provided! A member of our ward came driving up behind us. I was in tears, because I was so grateful! He led us all the way to Salem and we were able to make it to our meeting only 45 minutes late! Ha! It was a pretty funny, cool experience!
We are pretty excited for this week. Tonight, Sister Judd gets to go on exchanges to Corvallis and Sister Glasgow gets to come here. We'll be on exchanges tomorrow and then we get to go to the temple on Wednesday! Yay! I love the temple! And I'm excited to be with Sister Judd when she goes to the Portland Temple for the first time! We'll send pictures!
We had a very good surprise today. Angel, Oriana, Brandy and the kids all came up to visit us! It was so good to see them! I love them so much! It's truly amazing! We spent the morning with them and then they went to the Portland zoo.
We have a double baptism this week! Jonathan and Sasheene are getting baptized on Saturday in Dallas! We're really excited for them! I'll let you know how it goes!
