Hey Everyone!
This week has been full! We had a sad thing happen this week. Bill was supposed to get baptized on Saturday, well, on Wednesday, he had to go in for emergency surgery and can now not get in the water for 6 months! We're very sad about it and the poor guy is devestated! I really hope he makes it that long. He is very depressed now and it just breaks my heart. We're continuing to teach him weekly, because he needs that extra boost. Please keep him in your prayers.
We met a really amazing woman this week named Irma. We have taught her a couple of times and she has such a strong testimony. We talked about baptism with her yesterday and she says she would like to be baptized! She wants to study a little more before she sets a date, but she is doing awesome!
It's really beginning to hit Sister Judd and I that our time together is coming to an end. It's a hard thought for both of us. We really get along. The couples in the office tell us that we get along better than any other companionship of sisters in the mission right now. I believe them! Hopefully we can both take what we've learned from each other and apply it to our next companionships!
This week we have interviews with President Macdonald! We're really excited! Oh, we found out that our new mission president will be President Young. I guess there was a write up in the church news about him this week. I haven't gotten to see it yet, but if you have access to one, you should look it up. He'll come in June of this year, so I'll only get a little while with him, but I think it will be a good experience.
