TRANSFERS!!!!! But, because of a surprise for a certain mission sister of mine, I'm not teling you what's going on until next week. :) I will tell you all though that I'm staying in Springfield!! Yay!! So, I guess you'll just have to check back next week! Ha!! heart you!!
We had an exciting thing happen on friday morning at 2am! We were obsiously asleep in our cozy beds when we hear a "bam, bam, bam" on our front door! I wake up to that and then to Sister Hamilton saying, "Sister Losee!! Someone is knocking on our door!" I grabbed our cell phone and called our landlords. Sister Crosswhite (our landlord) answered and said, "the police are at your door, you need to answer." I'm greaking out by this point, so I go open the front door. There are two police officers and a police dog. The officer closest to the door says, "Not such a great way to wake you up is it?" I said, "Uh, no, not really." He then tels us that he chased a guy into our yard and wanted to see if we had seen him. Obviously we hadn't. I explained that our "shed" isn't that big and we don't have very many windows and that he isn't in the aprtment. We closed the door and locked it along with all of the windows in the apartment. Neither Sister Hamilton nor I could sleep for a bit. It was so funny and so scary at the same time!
Anyway... not really a "missionary story" but kind of funny!
