May 23, 2011: Week something of transfer something... :)

Hi Everyone! I'm sorry, but I've lost track of time and I have no idea which transfer I'm in or which week of that transfer! Ha! Time is speeding by too quickly to be able to tell.
These last few weeks have been pretty good. The work is very slow, but we're working on it! We had interviews this week. It was my last interview with President and Sister Macdonald before they go home. :( It was a very sad experience, but good at the same time!
When I was talking to Sister Macdonald, I was expressing to her how we're trying to find solid, new investigators, but can't seem to find any. She talked to me about how when you go fishing, you stick your pole in the water and wait. If nothing happens, you jiggle the line, if still nothing happens, you take it out and try a different spot. She said that I need to pray about it and see what Heavenly Father says. So, I made it a point to really do that. On Saturday, I was reading in the Conference Ensign and I was reading President Eyring's talk "Opportunities to Do Good" I had the thought that we need to choose one family a week in each ward and have them decide which friend or neighbor they know that needs some service done. We will then go and have a family night with them and do the service for the other family. I feel really good about this! On Sunday, I also felt that we should offer to speak in the Sacrament Meetings, so, that's what we're doing sometime in the near future. It felt so good to finally receive a little bit of insight as to what we need to do!
We're hoping to see some miracles soon and we are seeing small miracles even now! Nikki came to church yesterday! We've been teaching her for some time and she has had a fear of church, but she overcame and loved it! She was only able to stay for Sacrament, because she got a little overwhelmed, but it was just fine!
Well, I love you all!
Have a great week!
Love,
Sister Losee
