Wow! It is absolutely amazing in here! Yesterday was a little bit hard, because I felt pretty overwhelmed, but we learned that we need to look outside of ourselves in order to do this work ... I know that sounds like it should have been a “duh” moment, but I hadn’t realized that even me feeling my own insecurities & allowing them to keep me from feeling the spirit or feeling inadequate is a selfish thing that will keep me from seeing the good in others.
I love my companion. Her name is Sister Smith. She was born & raised in California but she moved to Springville about 1-1/2 years agoMy branch president chose to make me senior companion this first time & Sister Smith will get to be senior companion in 1-1/2 weeks. I feel very blessed to get to learn from Sister Smith! She really is so amazing!
My district is awesome! We have 6 elders & then just Sister Smith & I. The elder’s names are Elder Gonzales, Elder Fowles, Elder Dalton, Elder Harall, Elder Kelley & Elder Peart. They are all from Utah Elder Gonzales is 21, but I think the rest are 19. Sister Smith will be 21 2 days before we leave.
Well, I don’t have a lot of time, but I love you & thank you so much for everything!
